Senior Project Manager - Group Governance

About the role

The Senior Project Manager supports the Group General Secretary in driving the Group's governance agenda, strategic initiatives and partner engagement. It is a central, transversal role at the heart of the Executive Committee, combining strategic planning, governance coordination, dashboards (Crystal), partner communication and delivery of key Group initiatives. The position is based in Paris and reports to the Group General Secretary.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of GEC agendas and workplans, and contribute to pre-reads, briefs and executive materials
• Support the design, coordination and monitoring of the Group strategic plan, and lead transversal projects spanning multiple geographies, cross-functional stakeholders and tight timelines
• Lead the development of Group-level dashboards, including non-financial ones, consolidate KPIs and produce regular reporting for the GEC
• Prepare high-impact presentations, notes and reports for executive audiences, and contribute to the content of Group leadership events
• Support the definition and execution of the Group's stakeholder management strategy and map and coordinate leadership teams and senior partners
• Contribute ad hoc to M&A and post-deal integration topics, in coordination with the General Secretary

Required profile

• 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy or project management
• Experience in international and matrix organisations
• Ability to lead complex transversal projects across geographies
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
• Ability to handle strategic and confidential topics
• Structured, rigorous and delivery-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
