Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Fit-Outs

About the role

We are looking for a senior construction leader to take full responsibility for complex interior fit‑out projects in Europe’s most advanced data centres. Based in the Paris region, you will manage the complete project lifecycle, from kickoff to hand‑over, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, health & safety, and financial performance are met.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) interior packages, including structural ceilings, internal walls, raised flooring, Hot Aisle Containment and critical architectural fit‑outs.
• Coordinate QA/EHS, document control, engineering and construction logistics using digital project‑management platforms.
• Set weekly look‑ahead meetings, unblock critical paths on‑site and coach team leads to act as business owners.
• Report progress, risks and dashboards directly to regional operations leadership.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients, engineering consultants and French authorities.

Required profile

• 10+ years delivering CSA fit‑outs or high‑spec industrial builds, preferably in live or greenfield data centre environments.
• Proven ownership of project financials and close collaboration with quantity surveyors.
• Hands‑on expertise in QA/QC workflows, document control and safety systems.
• Strong people leadership with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractor streams.
• Fluent in English and French.
