Senior Program Manager

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a global portfolio of high‑value projects, each exceeding $20 million. Based in Paris, you will manage a team of Project Managers, collaborate with C‑level stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs across digital, engineering, cloud, and AI domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement project management methodologies in partnership with the PMO head.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of Project Managers.
• Develop processes, procedures, and ways of working (WoW) for large‑scale programs.
• Own scope, budget, schedule, and quality for programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including executive leadership.
• Monitor progress, report status, and act as the primary escalation point for program issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar programs in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
