Senior Product Manager (France)

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Pennylane, you will shape the experience of millions of French entrepreneurs by building the core of a financial operating system. You will work in a product‑led fintech that values trust, proactivity and autonomy, and you will help the company expand across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously discover user needs through interviews, research and data analysis to identify pain points.
• Define OKRs and road‑maps aligned with company objectives and translate insights into product initiatives.
• Collaborate daily with a dedicated product designer and a squad of product‑focused engineers to deliver MVPs and iterate on solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of features, from concept through implementation, testing and subsequent improvements.
• Track impact on key metrics and adjust the roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven user‑research expertise and strong product sense to form convictions about customer problems.
• Excellent structured communication skills to persuade stakeholders and drive squad alignment.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable components.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to go beyond traditional PM duties such as creating educational content or enablement material.
• Prior experience as a product manager in a scale‑up or large tech company with a solid product culture.
• Curiosity about accounting and comfort working with complex financial workflows.
