Senior Product Manager - Agentic AI & Platform Monetization

About the role

Arrow is hiring a Senior Product Manager for AI Products and Monetization within its Cloud & AI division. You will join the Product team behind ArrowSphere's AI product family (the Assistant and the AI 360 Dashboard) and help shape AI Agents, while defining the pricing, packaging and value-added services that turn platform adoption into recurring revenue. The position is mostly remote, based in Courbevoie.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the AI product family and its commercial model, gathering user needs and market signals into a prioritized backlog
• Work with engineering, DevOps, data and UX teams to deliver AI features and track adoption, engagement, retention and agent-task-success KPIs
• Shape agentic experiences that automate and augment partner and customer workflows, and evolve the Assistant and AI 360 Dashboard into daily-use tools
• Design pricing, packaging and bundling, and the consumption, subscription and tiering model with finance and sales, and build recurring revenue streams
• Drive go-to-market strategies, product assets, demand generation and training for sales, support and partners
• Manage stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, operations and support, and support RFPs

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience as a Product Manager, including senior or lead scope
• Proven experience building and monetizing AI / GenAI or data products (pricing, packaging, recurring revenue)
• Strong experience in the cloud distribution ecosystem (vendor, distributor or partner)
• Solid understanding of agentic AI, LLM-powered assistants and analytics dashboards
• Fluent English (mandatory); French at minimum B2 level
