Senior Ops & Product Builder

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance. As a Senior Ops & Product Builder you will own critical, ambiguous challenges, shape strategy, drive cross‑functional alignment and build solutions that directly impact the P&L and member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational vision for insurance and healthcare products at scale.
• Lead fraud detection initiatives, building detection capabilities and making make‑vs‑buy tooling decisions while balancing precision and member experience.
• Design and implement a global recovery engine, establishing billing monitoring frameworks and adapting solutions to local legislation.
• Negotiate partner agreements and contribute to industry lobbying on ecosystem‑level fraud strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance and external partners to scale new services across France and international markets.
• Own outcome measurement, continuously improve operational processes and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior operational experience in fast‑growing, data‑driven companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems and make hard decisions.
• Strong analytical background with a track record of delivering cost‑saving or revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions and external partners.
• Passion for health insurance, prevention and improving member experience.
