Senior Manager, Social Media

About the role

The Senior Manager – Social Media will bring a portfolio brand’s editorial and brand strategy to life across all owned social platforms. You will lead day‑to‑day execution, from concepting and channel segmentation to distribution and performance analysis, while supporting high‑impact events.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and manage content on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Develop channel segmentation guidelines aligned with campaign goals and long‑term brand objectives.
• Collaborate with KOLs, producers, art directors and brand teams to tailor messages per platform.
• Create and maintain operating procedures and documentation for recurring brand events (e.g., runway shows, music launches).
• Resolve platform challenges such as handle acquisition and account verification.
• Build relationships with social platforms, identify partnership opportunities and adopt new features.
• Provide platform best‑practice counsel for partners, collaborations and project launches.
• Ensure visual guidelines, tone of voice and brand equity are consistent across all online touchpoints.
• Maintain a global calendar of brand events and social content, linking social initiatives to broader digital and real‑world campaigns.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in fashion, entertainment or media.
• Strong organisational, communication and detail‑orientation skills.
• Proven track record of evolving brand social communications to meet business objectives.
• Experience with global campaign launches, live events and crisis management.
• Ability to work autonomously, resolve roadblocks and collaborate across functions.
