Senior Manager, Retail Operations

About the role

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Senior Manager to lead retail operations across France. Reporting to the Retail Director, you will oversee permanent stores, pop‑up locations and event venues, ensuring a best‑in‑class fan experience and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Retail Director in operational, commercial and analytical management of all French retail sites.
• Coordinate daily activities between field teams and support functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR and Supply Chain.
• Maintain high operational standards, quickly resolve disruptions and minimise impact on fans.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Act as the primary communication link between store management and head‑office.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse retail data (sales, margin, conversion, basket size, stock levels) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Update and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in retail operations, preferably within a multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication skills.
