Senior Manager – Retail

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the unique Apple customer experience. You will partner with the Store Leader to shape store vision, drive performance, and foster an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and associates, coaching them to meet performance and development goals.
• Participate in floor leadership, engaging with customers and team members to ensure exceptional service.
• Address escalated customer and employee concerns, collaborating with People and business partners as needed.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for assigned functional areas and the overall store to meet business priorities.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information, and maintain store assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
