About the role

Lead and develop high‑performing cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic operational initiatives, optimize processes, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to achieve program milestones.
Develop and execute program roadmaps with measurable milestones, resource plans, and success metrics.
Establish strategic direction for a portfolio of initiatives by translating executive objectives into prioritized programs.
Manage budgets and resources, forecast needs, monitor spend, and report variances to finance and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by leading process optimization efforts and implementing standardized practices.
Build and develop high‑performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key sponsors to secure funding, align expectations, and mitigate risks.
Establish governance and risk management for programs, defining success criteria and ensuring compliance.
