Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships (France)

About the role

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Marketing Partnerships for its French market. The role sits at the intersection of Business Development, Product, Finance, Strategy and Consumer Marketing, acting as the primary liaison with broadband, mobile and pay‑TV partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing relationship with French broadband, mobile and pay‑TV operators, serving as their first point of contact.
• Translate consumer insights into go‑to‑market strategies that target growth audiences and remove sign‑up barriers.
• Co‑develop win‑win value propositions and full‑funnel campaigns (TV, OOH, digital, social, retail, CRM) with each partner.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Content and EMEA Partner Marketing/Creative teams to align priorities and amplify launches.
• Use data, testing and market insights to evaluate performance, extract learnings and optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, timelines and multiple concurrent projects to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brand, partner or B2B marketing, preferably within entertainment, media, telco or technology.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link creative ideas to measurable KPIs.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships and co‑branded campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive corrective actions.
