Senior Manager – Client Services (Financial Services) – Paris

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager for Client Services within its Financial Services practice in Paris. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current accounts and target prospects to map buyer personas and buying patterns.
• Conduct market development activities such as cold‑calling, partnership outreach, and event participation.
• Identify, qualify and nurture opportunities across the account portfolio to increase market share.
• Lead pursuit teams, coordinate technical and domain experts, and coach the team through proposal development, pricing and negotiation.
• Facilitate contract discussions with legal and data‑privacy teams to ensure timely and low‑risk closures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, relationship maps and market‑share analyses.
• Execute account‑mining activities, secure client meetings, and position Infosys as a trusted partner.
• Sign off on Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure smooth account operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client services, account management or business development within the financial services sector.
• Strong ability to navigate complex organisations, build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross‑functional pursuit teams and closing high‑value deals.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management and strategic planning skills.
