Senior MA and HEOR Biostatistician

About the role

We are seeking a Biostatistician to play a pivotal role in our Medical Affairs and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) initiatives. In this critical position, you will deliver robust statistical support for evidence‑generation plans, ensuring scientific rigor and alignment with medical, regulatory, and market‑access objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert statistical support for Medical Affairs and HEOR evidence generation across assigned products.
• Serve as the primary Biostatistics representative for Integrated Evidence Generation Plans, Joint Scientific Consultations and Joint Clinical Assessment dossiers.
• Collaborate with HEOR partners to contribute clinical evidence to value dossiers and payer submissions, adhering to EU HTA regulations.
• Champion innovative statistical methodologies and adapt techniques to address evidence gaps.
• Monitor evolving HTA requirements and regulatory guidance, recommending internal practice adjustments.
• Author and review Statistical Analysis Plans, oversee execution of analyses, and ensure quality control.
• Represent Biostatistics on cross‑functional teams, influencing strategic decisions.
• Oversee CROs and external statistical vendors to ensure methodological compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience supporting clinical development, Medical Affairs and HEOR evidence generation, preferably in oncology.
