Senior Key Account Manager – Sephora Europe

About the role

As the Senior Key Account Manager for Sephora Europe, you will shape and deliver Coty’s European strategy with one of its most strategic retail partners. You will act as a senior commercial leader, defining and executing growth plans across multiple markets while collaborating closely with Sephora’s central teams and Coty’s local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the European retailer strategy for Sephora, aligned with Coty’s priorities.
• Build and implement short‑, mid‑ and long‑term growth plans across France, Iberia, DACH, Belgium and Italy.
• Prepare and lead European negotiations, joint business plans and annual business discussions.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, eCommerce, PR/Influencer, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales to develop differentiated strategies and activations.
• Drive visibility and omnichannel execution across Sephora channels.
• Monitor performance against KPIs such as Gross Sales, Net Revenue, market share and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior, strategic and commercially driven leader with strong international account management experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Sales or eCommerce, preferably in prestige beauty or FMCG.
• Track record of managing complex international accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.
