Senior IT Project Manager (Life Sciences)

About the role

We are a leading Pharma and Life Science IT service provider seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technical projects for international customers. The role combines strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and hands‑on delivery within a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own project outcomes, ensuring objectives are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Coach and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead change‑management activities, including stakeholder impact analysis.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Background in Pharma or Life Sciences informatics is mandatory.
• Degree in Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
