Senior International Consultant - Healthtech

About the role

Observia is seeking a Senior International Consultant to drive the operational development of its healthtech solutions worldwide. Working closely with the Head of International Solutions and senior consultants, you will lead consulting projects that improve patient pathways and support patient‑centric strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver consulting projects from initiation to final recommendations, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Conduct investigations such as literature reviews, surveys, qualitative interviews, workshops and focus groups.
• Analyze and synthesize collected data, performing statistical analysis when required.
• Manage client relationships, participating in follow‑up meetings and steering committees.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
• Assist in designing methodologies, planning, and budgeting for projects.
• Apply Observia’s behavioral‑science‑based methodologies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business or engineering with a health‑sector focus, or a Doctor of Pharmacy with industry specialization.
• 1‑4 years of consulting experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
• Fluent in English and French; a third language is a plus.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and written/oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of statistics is advantageous.
