Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a senior internal auditor to help scale its operations safely and responsibly. You will join a small, senior, and autonomous internal audit team that works closely with finance, risk, actuarial, compliance, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end audits across finance, insurance operations, compliance, IT, and security, from scoping to Audit Committee reporting.
• Own and drive closure of the open recommendation backlog (approximately 15‑20 items).
• Represent the Internal Audit function at the Audit Committee when required.
• Co‑develop audit tooling and automation initiatives for the function and the broader corporate community.
• Act as a trusted business partner and challenger, providing insights while maintaining independence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on internal audit experience covering operational, compliance, and financial audits.
• Deep expertise in risk management across actuarial, finance, legal, regulatory, and security domains.
• Fluent in French and English, able to communicate confidently in both languages.
