Senior HR Manager – Paris

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join a leading French organization. Based in Paris, you will drive the implementation of global HR policies and talent strategy while ensuring compliance with French labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner daily with top management and line managers on HR priorities and initiatives.
• Collaborate with international Centers of Excellence (payroll, compensation & benefits, talent, HR experience).
• Lead employee‑relations matters, negotiate company agreements, and manage Works Council interactions.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including SYNTEC collective bargaining agreement and liaison with labor inspectorate and occupational physician.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations such as payroll (ADP), onboarding, and HRIS administration.
• Implement internal performance, turnover, and employee‑engagement indicators.
• Participate in cross‑functional HR projects across the EMEA region.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, employment law or related field.
• 10‑15 years of HR experience in France, preferably within an international context.
• Deep knowledge of French labor law and the SYNTEC collective bargaining agreement.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong discretion, confidentiality, and leadership abilities.
