Senior Global Business Director – Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Global Business Director to lead social media strategy and execution for a major entertainment client across 16 markets. Based in Paris, you will work closely with the Global Business Director and the Central Client Lead to ensure brand consistency, operational excellence, and effective communication between central and local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner for senior clients, understanding business objectives and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Oversee the planning, activation, and performance reporting of social media campaigns in all assigned markets.
• Coordinate between the central team and local agencies, ensuring seamless workflow and brand alignment.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities and develop internal processes to support a large, multi‑market team.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of account managers, social strategists, content creators, and producers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience managing international social media accounts within an advertising agency.
• Demonstrated passion for film, series and entertainment content.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese) are a plus.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook platforms.

What we offer

• Permanent contract (CDI) based in Paris 17th arrondissement, starting July 1 2026.
