Senior Financial Analyst – Back Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our back‑office operations within a dynamic financial services environment. The role focuses on managing loan lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor back‑office operations throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Review client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and KYC compliance.
• Perform operational controls to adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze and validate financial and operational data.
• Support secure and efficient administrative management of customer files.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive process enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) with at least 6 months of banking back‑office experience, or a Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) with relevant internships or apprenticeships.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Knowledge of back‑office banking processes.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance requirements.
• Good grasp of loan products, credit processes, and associated risks.
