Senior Finance ERP Transformation & Project Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Senior Finance ERP Transformation and Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end finance Record‑to‑Report (R2R) transformation on the Marignane site. The role will integrate finance deeply with Sales, Distribution, D2M and Industry functions, leveraging SAP S/4HANA to support the company’s long‑term digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ERP Finance project and ensure core model integration across all end‑to‑end processes.
• Drive cross‑functional integration and manage a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Ensure Agile (SAFe) delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, cost, schedule and compliance.
• Steer organizational change, engaging the Finance community and other functions.
• Standardise, simplify and harmonise finance processes across entities.
• Collaborate with IT, IM and external subcontractors to define and deploy the ERP core model.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation.
• Strong project‑management background with ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in an international, high‑tech environment.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
