Senior Director, Customer & Commercial – France

About the role

The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Customer & Commercial organization in France. Reporting to the Vice‑President France and working closely with the President France, this role is a key member of the France Leadership Team, responsible for shaping commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across all channels and categories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term Customer & Commercial strategy for France, aligning with operating‑unit priorities and system needs.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with bottling partners, coordinating joint commercial planning and investment decisions.
• Lead the integrated RGMX agenda, including pricing, pack strategy, promotion architecture and mix management to improve transaction value, net sales revenue and household penetration.
• Oversee channel and portfolio strategy across Modern Trade, AFH, AH and emerging channels, ensuring differentiated propositions.
• Drive operational excellence and execution frameworks to deliver strong performance outcomes and market execution excellence.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in commercial leadership within consumer‑goods or beverage industries.
• Proven track record of shaping and implementing commercial strategies that influence P&L outcomes.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional and external partners, including bottling partners and global functions.
• Demonstrated leadership of high‑performing teams of directors and senior managers.
