Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise Accounts)

About the role

Najar, a SaaS procurement platform founded in 2021, is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager in Paris. You will own a focused portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder maps and high renewal stakes, acting as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders and working alongside a Procurement Expert.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run tailored account strategies: expansion plans, risk mitigation plans and multi-year roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, follow procurement calendars proactively and manage complex or sensitive renewals end-to-end, including commercial negotiation.
• Shift the value proposition from savings to must-have, anchor Najar in clients' procurement operations (compliance, spend visibility, automation, governance) and quantify its financial impact.
• Drive structural portfolio growth, expansion plays, cross-sell and business cases for new features, and collaborate with Sales on strategic opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on strategic accounts, contribute to escalation frameworks and playbooks, and bring structured product feedback to the roadmap.

Required profile

• 7+ years in a CSM or strategic account role in SaaS B2B, with proven Enterprise exposure.
• Track record of independently managing high-value, multi-stakeholder accounts and closing complex renewals and expansions.
• Comfortable navigating C-suite relationships and building executive-ready business cases.
• Fully bilingual French and English, written and spoken.
• Built to improve evolving processes; background in finance, procurement, purchasing or consulting is a plus.
