Senior Content Marketing Manager (F/M)
Najar · Paris
Job description
About the role
Najar, a procurement software company founded in 2019 and backed by a €15 million Series A, is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager based in Paris. Content and design are central to its pipeline generation, so the role owns the content and social strategy end-to-end, from long-form ebooks that drive leads to the design assets that bring campaigns to life. It suits someone able to work independently across competing priorities, owning both content and design (hands-on plus managing freelancers).
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end content and social calendar, ensuring efficient, high-quality, on-brand execution.
- Plan, research and produce long-form content supporting organic growth and category authority, including the long-tail organic campaign.
- Manage content translation and design localization (with freelance support in French and German) as the company scales into new markets.
- Own the company's and executives' social presence on LinkedIn.
- Maintain brand design consistency and templates across marketing materials, creating assets yourself and briefing freelancers.
- Own customer case studies and proof points, from research through to campaign activation.
- Apply to European rankings and awards (e.g. Sifted) to build category recognition.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Procurement so content reflects expertise, data and real customer and market needs.
Required profile
- Experience building and running a company-wide content calendar tied to pipeline and OKRs, across multiple personas and industries.
- Ability to publish polished, data-backed, SEO-friendly long-form content in English with minimal editing, and to interpret and present data.
- Experience owning a company social presence and growing followers and engagement, with the ability to adapt tone across audiences.
- Comfortable working end-to-end with minimal check-ins, proactively flagging risks and making decisions independently.
- Trust-building across Sales, Customer Success, Procurement and Product.
Required skills
- Use of AI for research, content creation and task automation, with an awareness of its limits.
- Nice to have: localization and translation program management, brand and visual design sense (Figma, Canva), French fluency, freelancer/vendor management, and experience in a Series A/B environment.
The recruitment process includes interviews with the People team, the hiring manager, the VP of Marketing and the CEO, and a culture fit session.
