Senior Consultant – T100 Design Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead T100 concession analysis and design engineering for Airbus structural parts. Based in Saint Nazaire, you will work closely with quality, supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate, cost‑effective repair solutions and continuous improvement of design processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyse deviations from engineering drawings, specifications, standards or process requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality team on non‑conformances and provide clarification.
• Liaise with multiple functions to select the most appropriate repair solution considering cost, time, performance and installation requirements.
• Manage supply‑chain availability of rare repair fasteners before finalising disposition.
• Make disposition decisions (use as‑is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
• Identify recurring issues, propose corrective actions and design improvements.
• Design special parts when required to resolve non‑conformities.
• Maintain engineering data, documentation and deliverables in compliance with quality and configuration requirements.
• Support digital continuity initiatives and act as technical representative for offshore coordination.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end concession workflow (T100) for Airbus structural parts (A320, A330, A350, A380, A400M).
• Strong knowledge of Airbus documentation, acceptance criteria, tool guidelines and airworthiness requirements.
• Understanding of metallic and composite design principles.
• Familiarity with Airbus design processes (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS).
• Valid Airbus training certificates in SAP, VPM and related tools.
