Senior Business Development Representative - Hebrew Speaker

About the role

Braze's Business Development team identifies, understands and helps potential customers build, enhance or transform their customer engagement offering. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a multi-faceted role focused on generating high-quality relationships that turn into new business opportunities. The position is based in Paris and requires a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build account strategies with Account Executives.
• Develop and run communication plans via phone, email, LinkedIn, video and other channels to generate pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with C-suite executives to understand their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges.
• Qualify early-stage deals and deliver value-oriented pitches and solution demonstrations.
• Manage their own meetings and bring in other internal stakeholders as needed.
• Meet outreach KPIs and set meetings to hit quota; the commission plan is uncapped once quota is reached.

Required profile

• Hebrew speaker.
• Adaptable, action-oriented and intrinsically motivated.
• Precise, engaging communicator (written and verbal) and strong researcher.
• Creative problem solver, well organized and accountable.
