Senior Business Development Manager – Beauty Category

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the beauty category on the SHEIN platform. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating and managing relationships with wholesalers and distributors for top‑tier beauty brands across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential beauty suppliers, including brands such as The Ordinary, Victoria's Secret, Rihanna, Christian Dior and CeraVe.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities and contract terms to enable both trial purchases and large‑scale procurement.
• Analyse EU beauty market trends, forecast demand and develop procurement strategies aligned with sales targets.
• Collaborate with global procurement and cross‑functional teams to streamline logistics and improve supply‑chain KPIs.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure on‑time delivery and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement, business development or vendor management experience in the beauty industry.
• Established network of wholesalers and distributors in the EU.
• Deep knowledge of beauty wholesale processes and ability to engage suppliers quickly.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and strategic planning skills.
