Senior Analyst – Order to Cash & Accounts Receivable (French)

About the role

This position supports Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES) in France, driving the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) process and ensuring high‑quality accounts receivable management. The analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate cash collections, reduce bad debt, and improve overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collection activities, deductions settlement, bad‑debt determination and AR aging for a portfolio of French customers.
• Execute the full OTC cycle – customer contact, escalations, legal referrals, order analysis and release – to lower Days Sales Outstanding.
• Coordinate with rebates, customer‑service, cash‑applications and finance teams to reconcile accounts and apply payments.
• Deliver monthly SOX controls, reporting and KPI updates to key stakeholders.
• Lead improvement projects, drive process efficiencies and act as a primary liaison between BES and the market.
• Participate in regular touch‑point meetings with commercial, finance, logistics and customer‑service teams.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in shared‑services finance, covering collections, credit management, invoice processing or deduction settlement.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on process and quality analysis.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and promote best‑practice procedures.
