Senior Analyst, Business Developer

About the role

Join Mastercard's Digital Partners team in France as a Business Developer / Sales Executive. You will build and expand partnerships with fintech and SaaS providers, driving growth and positioning Mastercard as a preferred payments partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing relationships with fintechs and SaaS providers across key industry verticals in France.
• Identify and generate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.
• Lead commercial negotiations from initial conversation through contract signing, onboarding and account management.
• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Mastercard product teams to design tailored solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations and presentations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Represent Mastercard at trade shows, networking events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, payments or fintech, with a strong understanding of the payments value chain.
• Proven solution‑selling experience in fast‑paced, technology‑centric environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in both French and English.
• Educational background: Business School, MBA, Engineering or Master's degree.
• Based in Paris, France.
