Senior Account Manager – Customer Success & Growth

About the role

JustRelate Group is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of clients using the Dartagnan solution. You will be the main point of contact for existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction while driving retention, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute account management strategies in partnership with the Head of Customer Experience.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, manage renewals and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with New Business, CSM, Marketing, Product and support teams to align client needs with company goals.
• Provide regular analysis and reporting to senior leadership and the Executive Committee.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, documenting insights for internal use.
• Participate in trade shows and events representing JustRelate.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in the digital marketing / MarTech sector.
• Fluent in English and French (native‑level French).
• Proven track record in customer retention, upselling and complex multi‑solution sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and sales methodology expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Data analysis for account performance tracking.
• Solid understanding of the MarTech ecosystem.
