About the role

Yazaki, a global automotive supplier, is expanding its Sales team in France. We are seeking a motivated Senior Account Management Specialist to manage Tier‑level customers within our Electronics and Connection System Division.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Tier customer portfolio, build strong relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Lead product projects—both technical and commercial—in close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and payment follow‑up.

Required profile

  • Initial experience in automotive sales with proven customer‑relationship management.
  • Technical or commercial degree.
  • Excellent communication skills and ease in managing customer relationships.
  • Fluency in English.
