Segment Lead – Market Strategy (France)

About the role

Lucca is looking for a Segment Lead to own the market strategy for a specific French business segment. Reporting to the Market Strategy team, you will drive the go‑to‑market (GTM) vision, align cross‑functional teams and push the segment toward market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep market, customer and competitive intelligence to inform GTM decisions.
• Define the segment’s positioning, ideal customer profiles, value propositions and pricing strategy.
• Build a data‑driven GTM plan, prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Channel and Customer Success to translate strategy into actionable assets (sales decks, battle cards, training).
• Monitor performance, report results to leadership and refine tactics based on outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, sales strategy or consulting leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• Fluent English (C1) and native‑level French.
