Second de Cuisine – Restauration collective

About the role

The company IZIWORK is seeking a Second de Cuisine for a collective catering operation in Breuil‑Bois‑Robert. Working under the head chef, you will help prepare and produce meals according to set menus while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and produce dishes and meals following technical sheets and production schedules.
• Operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and workplace security regulations.
• Assist in kitchen organization, stock management and inventory control.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance of kitchen premises.
• Work day shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and weekends as required.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a kitchen or collective catering environment.
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to follow detailed instructions.
• No specific certificates are required.

Required skills

• Food preparation and production.
• Operation of standard kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• Basic stock handling.
