Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Data 360)

About the role

Magellan, an international management and technology consulting group, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) consultant based in Paris. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales through to deployment, in a technical environment integrating AI and Agentforce.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud projects end-to-end: data model design (DMO), multi-source ingestion, profile unification, matching rules and identity reconciliation
• Design connectors and activation flows to Marketing Cloud, covering customer journeys, data-driven segmentation and omnichannel orchestration
• Connect Data Cloud to third-party systems (data lakes, existing IS) and evaluate integration architectures such as MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs
• Support clients' Data 360 strategy: scoping workshops, architecture recommendations, roadmap and build vs. buy advice
• Take part in pre-sales: requirements qualification, scope definition, costing and presentations
• Help build the team's knowledge of Data and Marketing Cloud best practices
• Explore and implement AI / Agentforce use cases such as scoring, next-best-action, automated summaries and RAG
• Contribute to deployment industrialisation: Salesforce CI/CD best practices, release strategy and environment management

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, including at least one significant Data Cloud assignment (ingestion, DMO modelling, production deployment)
• Salesforce Data Cloud certification required
• Ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders (CIO, data teams, marketing)
• Fluent French and professional English

Required skills

• Ideal: good knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Data Cloud connectors)
• Experience with CRM Analytics and/or Tableau (datasets, dashboards)
• Curiosity about AI and Agentforce and willingness to upskill
