Sales Representative – Retail (France)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative based in France to own and expand our retail client portfolio. You will use your existing network of French retail accounts, generate new business, and act as the company’s voice with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing with retail clients across France.
• Activate and grow an existing book of business in the French retail sector (grande distribution, GMS/GSA/GSS, specialty retail).
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new accounts while nurturing current relationships.
• Travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows and industry events as required.
• Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence and trend insights to internal teams.
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.

Required profile

• Based in France with full working rights.
• Fluent in French and business‑fluent English.
• Proven sales experience in the retail industry with a record of hitting targets.
• Active client base within the French retail sector that can be engaged from day one.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (valid passport, flexible schedule).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
