Sales Representative – Paris

About the role

Etihad is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to operate from Paris. The role focuses on driving revenue by managing assigned accounts, monitoring market trends, and promoting Etihad’s products and services to both existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate and execute sales activities for assigned accounts.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor actions to ensure sales targets are met.
• Develop and maintain business relationships using modern nurturing techniques.
• Communicate new products, services and promotions to accounts regularly.
• Draft and negotiate contractual agreements in line with company policies.
• Interact with regional and headquarters stakeholders and represent Etihad at client meetings or external events.
• Lead strategy for new territories and act as primary contact for any local GSA.
• Coach and mentor new sales representatives, providing training and support.
• Define and execute sales activity plans using tools, data and insights from Sales Strategy and Planning.
• Analyse market potential and convert opportunities into revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Commercial and analytical work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor team members.
• Strong strategic understanding and project prioritisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
