Sales Representative

About the role

Pirelli is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote its high‑performance tire brand across several French departments. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will act as the primary contact for customers, driving sales growth and expanding the customer portfolio in line with the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and formalise commercial agreements with existing and new customers.
• Prospect for new B2B accounts and develop the customer base.
• Monitor partnership performance throughout the year and implement actions to meet targets.
• Provide product training on Pirelli tires to customers.
• Represent Pirelli’s commercial strategy as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, plan visits and generate daily activity reports.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts for each account.
• Take responsibility for the economic results of the assigned territory (departments 18, 28, 41, 45, 78, 91).

Required profile

• Minimum two years of successful B2B sales experience with technical products.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Comfortable using computer tools, especially Excel.
• Preferably familiar with Salesforce CRM.
