Sales Representative II

About the role

MiniMed is seeking a Sales Representative II to drive growth of its diabetes care solutions across assigned territories in France. The role combines direct sales activities with relationship building among healthcare professionals, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell MiniMed’s products and services within the designated geographic area to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product information to maximize the value derived from MiniMed’s offerings.
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors, and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Implement and adjust market development plans and strategies as needed.
• Gather and relay customer feedback on new or existing products to R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Practical knowledge of sales techniques and a solid understanding of company products and services.
