Sales & Marketing Manager – France Student & Professional Housing

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both B2C leasing and B2B commercial strategies for its student and young‑professional housing portfolio in France. Reporting to the Senior Director France, you will be part of the Property Management leadership team and own the full commercial engine.

Key responsibilities

• Build, recruit and coach a high‑performing sales team of up to 8 members, covering both B2C leasing and B2B partnership development.
• Own the end‑to‑end leasing funnel, from lead generation to signed lease, ensuring high conversion and accurate availability data.
• Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy, establishing relationships with universities, corporates, relocation agencies and OTA platforms.
• Monitor and analyse commercial performance, occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership experience in the French real‑estate sector, preferably in purpose‑built student accommodation (PBSA) or similar.
• Strong network of industry contacts and a track record of delivering both high‑volume B2C leasing and strategic B2B partnerships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, make data‑driven decisions and maintain a customer‑centric focus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Yardi or similar platforms.
• Forecasting and resource planning for seasonal leasing cycles.
