Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead sales projects from lead evaluation through contract signing, ensuring alignment with Sunfire’s sales objectives and delivering customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales projects, assess leads and develop opportunities.
• Match customer needs with Sunfire’s product portfolio and create winning sales strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional proposal teams, combining technical and commercial expertise.
• Drive negotiations to successful contract closures and support account management and business development.

Required profile

• Degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical or plant engineering, preferably in sales or project management.
• Flexible team player and self‑starter.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
