Sales Manager France - Energy Solutions

About the role

Aggreko is looking for a Sales Manager France based in Saint Michel sur Orge to lead a team of sales professionals focused on energy solutions for the French market. The role covers manufacturing, shipping, contractors and construction, and works closely with Operations, Marketing and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth through new business, account expansion and strong customer relationships.
• Coach and support the team, manage performance, plan succession and share best practices.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting and CRM excellence, with regular performance reviews.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service to deliver tailored solutions, retain accounts and spot growth opportunities.
• Promote a QHSE culture and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading successful B2B sales teams and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience developing and coaching sales professionals and working in a matrix or multi-functional organisation.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and complex sales opportunities.
• Fluent French and professional English.
