Sales Executive

About the role

Greystar, the world’s largest rental‑housing operator, is looking for a Sales Executive to support its Canvas portfolio. The role focuses on driving leasing activity, qualifying new resident leads and managing renewals to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify prospective resident leads and schedule community tours.
• Conduct unit viewings and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Manage lease renewal conversations with existing residents.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to align campaigns with occupancy goals.
• Track and report on occupancy, revenue and leasing metrics.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect data in internal systems.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in real‑estate leasing, sales or related customer‑facing role preferred.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus given the location.
