Sales Enablement Instructional Designer

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Sales Enablement Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for its global Business Sales team. You will translate complex product and sales information into clear, actionable training that helps sales professionals acquire new customers and deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop e‑learning modules, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended learning solutions for the Business Sales team.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales leadership, and subject‑matter experts to identify learning needs and convert technical content into effective instructional material.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to produce learner‑centric content.
• Utilise e‑learning authoring tools to create visually appealing, interactive training assets.
• Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness.
• Manage the full lifecycle of training content from concept through revision and retirement.
• Stay current with best practices in instructional design, learning technology, and sales enablement, including AI.
• Support deployment and maintenance of learning platforms for the Sales team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer in a fast‑paced B2B or technology environment.
• Proven ability to design a variety of instructional materials such as e‑learning courses, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids.
• Creative professional capable of turning complex information into clear, actionable training.
