Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Lyon office and help expand the French market for the world’s largest and most trusted au‑pair program. Reporting to the Sales Team Lead in Lyon and the Country Product Manager in Paris, you will play a key part in connecting families and au‑pairs while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales performance in the assigned French region and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au‑pairs, delivering high‑quality customer service throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the local au‑pair community and coordinate with teams in the USA and Zurich to ensure a seamless experience.
• Represent the company at events and maintain strong relationships with host families and partners.

Required profile

• Passionate about sales with a proven record of hitting targets (minimum 1 + year experience).
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, comfortable on the phone and in person.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum Bac+2 education; experience living abroad is a plus.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in French and English.
• Strong presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
