Sales Advisor - Galeries Lafayette

About the role

ANINE BING is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor (Stylist) to join the team at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris. The Sales Advisor is the brand's ambassador and works with an in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service. The ideal candidate enjoys building customer relationships and meeting and exceeding store sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers in store and digitally
• Meet and exceed store sales goals
• Develop styling expertise and build lasting customer relationships through personal client outreach
• Sell in store and virtually using technology
• Maintain a clean and organized store presentation
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Carry out weekly VM updates and regular product knowledge training
• Complete and share daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

Required profile

• 1-3 years of fashion, styling or retail sales experience
• Previous experience in a department store corner, concession or shop-in-shop is preferred
• Experience in personal styling and a goal-driven environment
• Ability to build and maintain a client book
• Positive, engaging attitude and excellent communication skills
• Fluent English and French
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
• Able to stand, walk and move around the store and lift up to 25-40 lbs
