Sales Advisor (Brand Representative) - Hollister, Westfield La Part-Dieu

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Brand Representative (sales advisor) for its Hollister store at Westfield La Part-Dieu in Lyon. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need and keeping the store well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: welcome every customer warmly, anticipate their needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling advice across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: help with product replenishment and keep the store clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing items.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping a friendly checkout experience.
• Online orders: support Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders so customers get a seamless omni-channel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement with operational tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance.

The full-time starting rate is EUR 22,404.84 per year (35 hours per week); the starting rate may be modified in the future. Job offers may be conditional on completing the required work visa formalities.
