Sales Advisor (Brand Representative) - Hollister, Rouen

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is looking for a Brand Representative (sales advisor) for its Hollister store in Rouen. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service, anticipate needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging and sizing merchandise
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Support omni-channel orders such as Save the Sale, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store packaging

Required profile

• Fluent in French
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance

The full-time starting rate is EUR 22,404.84 per year (35 hours per week); offers may be subject to work visa formalities.
