Sales Account Manager – Smart Textile & Logistics Solutions (France)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Sales Account Manager to lead business development across France and other French‑speaking European markets. The role focuses on selling innovative automation and smart‑textile solutions to industrial laundries, hospitality groups, manufacturers and textile service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in the target sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting accurately through CRM tools.
• Engage senior stakeholders such as Operations Directors, Procurement Managers and Executive Leadership Teams.
• Conduct needs assessments, create ROI‑driven business cases and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract signing.
• Develop long‑term strategic partnerships and expand existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B business development or solution sales.
• Experience selling complex solutions, equipment, software or automation technologies.
• Background in industrial services, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or textile services.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent French and professional English communication skills.
