Sales Account Manager

About the role

TheFork is looking for a Sales Account Manager to grow revenue across a portfolio of restaurants in Europe. You will act as the main point of contact for partner restaurants, helping them maximise occupancy and margins through TheFork’s booking and marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Increase month‑over‑month revenue by selling and activating TheFork solutions for assigned restaurants.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, providing advice on positioning, revenue management and online marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and the Restaurant Offer team to design and launch promotions such as Festivals, YUMS and SUPER YUMS.
• Negotiate commercial terms that improve restaurant margins and seat occupancy.
• Monitor compliance with TheFork standards to ensure a high‑quality B2C experience.
• Deliver onboarding, training and ongoing support for effective use of TheFork tools.
• Collect restaurant feedback and relay user needs to internal product teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a comparable commercial role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to handle 20–50 inbound/outbound calls daily and manage 600–1,000 accounts.
• Self‑starter with a strong results focus, comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
