Runner – Retail Support in Paris

About the role

Zegna is seeking a Runner to support its Paris store operations. The role combines warehouse tasks with on‑floor assistance, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers and efficient stock handling.

Key responsibilities

• Serve the store continuously to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare fitting rooms with requested items and ensure they are stocked correctly.
• Check labeling and pricing of merchandise for display preparation.
• Assist with annual, monthly, and spot stock counts and coordinate inventory activities.
• Support morning deliveries and maintain a tidy work environment according to company guidelines.
• Provide high‑level customer service and work with colleagues to prevent theft and losses.

Required profile

• Demonstrated strong organisational abilities in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
